These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bfbaji platform and its users ("User" or "you"). By creating an account on bfbaji or using the platform, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1 General Provisions

bfbaji is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the bfbaji website, mobile version and all associated services.
  • "User" refers to any person who has created an account on the platform or used its services.
  • "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds deposited into a user's account.
  • "Bonus Funds" refers to additional balance granted under promotional offers.
  • "Bet" refers to the funds used to participate in any game.

1.2 Enforceability of Terms

These Terms are drafted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

Important: These Terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on the bfbaji platform and participate in any game, users must be 21 years of age or older. Providing a false age at the time of registration is strictly prohibited. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person — using the same or different names, email addresses or identities — is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. bfbaji may request necessary documents for identity verification. Users must provide these documents in a timely manner upon request.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Access to bfbaji services may vary across different jurisdictions. If access to the platform is restricted or prohibited from a specific geographic location, attempting to gain access using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or similar technology is prohibited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is responsible for keeping their account login details — username, password and any verification codes — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Unauthorized Use

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately. bfbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your login details.

3.2 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling or leasing an account is strictly prohibited. Each account is created for the personal use of the registered user only.

Security Tip: To keep your account secure, use a strong password and change it regularly. Always log in from a safe and trusted device.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bfbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal amount will be sent to the user's original registered payment method.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be required before withdrawals. bfbaji may request relevant documents such as a national identity card, passport or other government-issued proof of identity. Failure to provide these documents in time may delay the withdrawal.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

bfbaji reserves the right to hold any transaction it considers suspicious and to investigate further. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities may be notified.

Please Note: Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers are for one-time use only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Multiple users from the same household or IP address may not claim the same bonus.
  • Wagering requirements also apply to winnings earned using bonus funds.
  • bfbaji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • If bonus-related fraud is suspected, the account may be brought under investigation.

5.4 VIP Program

bfbaji offers weekly cashback across four VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher VIP levels through continued active participation.

6 Game Rules and Restrictions

Each game offered on the bfbaji platform has its own rules. These rules are described in detail on the relevant game page. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of any game before participating.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

The result of any game will be considered final as determined by the system. If a game result is affected by a technical error, bfbaji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the original amount.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for different games and different users. These limits are part of the platform's risk management policy and may change without prior notice.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a loss of internet connection or other technical issues, in most cases the game will resume from where it left off. However, in some cases the bet may be cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bfbaji platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Operating an account on behalf of another person.
  • Abusing or exploiting the bonus program ("bonus busting").
  • Collusion or coordinating with other players to influence game results.
  • Using computer programs, bots or automated software to play.
  • Providing false identity or documents.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
  • Using threats, harassment or inappropriate language against other users or staff.
  • Initiating chargebacks or making false claims against the platform.
Warning: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure and stored funds may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by bfbaji

bfbaji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if any irregular activity is suspected.

8.2 Closure by User

A user may request to close their account at any time. All pending bets will be settled before the request is processed. Any remaining balance will be returned once verification is complete.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 months or more, bfbaji reserves the right to apply an administrative fee after notifying the relevant user.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bfbaji places the highest importance on the protection of users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Details on the collection, storage and use of personal information are described on our Privacy Policy page.

9.1 Use of Cookies

Our platform uses cookies to improve the user experience and ensure security. By using the platform, you consent to the use of cookies.

9.2 Sharing Information with Third Parties

Users' personal information is not shared with third parties, except that minimal information may be shared with partners as required by legal obligations, fraud prevention or service delivery.
